Shipping Policy

We strive to ship all orders within 1-2 business days.  Combined shipping of many items usually costs less.  We will inform you of the shipping costs in the invoice.  Once the invoice is paid, we will ship the same-day, up to 1-2 business days. Additional shipping charges may apply if you live in a rural area.  We will contact you once we receive your order to advise you of any additional shipping charges. If you would like to continue with your order, we will send you an invoice and once paid, your order will be shipped out.

We use a courier service that is best suited for your geographic location.  Typically, we use USPS and UPS. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship orders to P.O. Boxes, so please provide a street address.

All orders that are not in contiguous United States (Hawaii, Alaska and US Virgin Islands) and Canada, will incur additional shipping charges.  We will contact you to advise you of the additional shipping charges.  If you would like to continue with your order, we will send you an invoice and once paid, your order will be shipped out.

Tracking confirmation will be emailed to you upon shipping (excluding orders for True Color Cards).

Damages will be resolved on a case-by-case basis.  Should you receive a damaged item, please send us an email along with photos of the packaging and damaged containers to bitsnpieceswestpoint@yahoo.com

Please note:  Dents to containers do not affect the quality of the product so are not considered damaged.
